SVP, Medicare Sales
SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Vice President, Medicare Sales to lead our strategic initiatives in the rapidly evolving Medicare marketplace. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy that drives growth, enhances member engagement, and solidifies our position as a leader in the Medicare Fitness & Wellness space. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Medicare landscape, exceptional sales leadership skills, and a proven track record of building high-performing sales teams. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leverage industry contacts and relationships to gain new business opportunities with Medicare health plans.
- Manage a Medicare-focused enterprise sales process to meet or exceed quarterly and annual company sales goals.
- Negotiate complex contracts with large national and regional Medicare plans.
- Understand prospects’ challenges and articulate how they align with FitOn Health’s products and services.
- Demonstrate proven experience building strategic relationships, selling into Medicare product teams and closing 7- and 8-figure deals.
- Serve as a player coach by directly owning and managing complex opportunities yourself while supporting your team of MA sellers
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of demonstrated leadership and proven success in Medicare sales.
- Experience selling complex solutions to Medicare Advantage and Medicare Supplement plans.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding growth targets.
- History of executing complex deals with Medicare Product and Business leaders.
- Excellent communications skills (written and verbal) with an emphasis on sales pitches and public presentations to larger audiences.
- Strong industry reputation and personal brand with a background in leadership, team development and significant company growth.
- Experience in both digital health (vendor) sales and Medicare (health plan) sales is a major plus.

At FitOn Health, We are committed to fair, equitable, and competitive compensation. The base salary for this position is $180,000-$200,000. This is a commission eligible position. During the interview process, total compensation will be determined in alignment with market data, and the experience & capabilities of each candidate.
